Your Responsibilities:
You will spearhead revenue growth by managing complex, partner-driven enterprise sales cycles for Brex's embedded finance solutions. Collaborating closely with partner sales teams, you will identify high-value opportunities, develop compelling joint value propositions, and lead the charge in closing substantial enterprise deals. This role requires a blend of strategic account management and active sales engagement — from opportunity qualification and solution design to executive-level negotiations and deal closure.
Key focus areas include:
- Overseeing intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles alongside partner teams
- Formulating and executing joint go-to-market strategies with key partners
- Acting as a trusted advisor to partner sales teams and end customers
- Guiding technical validation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
- Delivering customized financial solutions that catalyze business transformation
- Meeting revenue targets through partner-led sales initiatives
Success in this role entails consistently closing enterprise deals via partner channels while establishing scalable, repeatable co-selling strategies that drive mutual growth. This position carries a quota.
