Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Lead strategic consultations and planning for client benefit programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Utilize advanced actuarial knowledge to analyze claims data and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Carrier and Vendor Relationships: Build strong partnerships with carriers and vendors to advocate for clients during coverage negotiations and renewals. Stay informed on market trends to provide innovative solutions aligned with client goals.
- Production Partnership: Facilitate finalist and prospect meetings, develop comprehensive responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), and ensure proper execution of compensation agreements.
- Internal Resource: Serve as a valuable resource for benefits staff across the agency and participate in special projects and committees as needed.
- People Management: Oversee the work of assigned associates, providing clear communication, regular updates, and performance evaluations. Participate in the hiring process and mentor account executives to support their professional growth.
