As an Enterprise Account Executive at Stripe, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, establishing new partnerships with prospective clients and transforming them into satisfied Stripe users.
Your Role
In your position as an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals and nurturing existing relationships. We seek an individual who can implement long-term sales strategies, collaborate with various stakeholders, align technical and business needs with product teams, create value in competitive settings, and lead negotiations to successfully secure partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a targeted account list and formulate strategies to secure new business from digital-native and enterprise clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives, ensuring effective engagement at all levels.
- Develop outbound initiatives to generate and cultivate new opportunities.
- Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting to closing and implementation.
- Lead commercial negotiations to maximize customer revenue and enhance Stripe’s market presence.
- Build rapport with executive stakeholders among potential users.
- Collaborate with leaders across diverse functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, and Finance) to conduct comprehensive product workshops and financial analyses.
- Contribute to team projects aimed at refining our sales processes.
- Engage with cross-functional teams (Solutions Architects, Partners, Post Sales, Product, and Engineering) to help shape and iterate Stripe’s strategic vision.
