About The Role:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Enterprise Account Executive who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit to join our pioneering sales team! As an early member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, influencing the future of our product offerings, and driving substantial revenue—all while enjoying the process!
What You'll Achieve:
Oversee the complete sales cycle, from generating leads and pre-qualifying prospects to negotiating, closing, and renewing contracts for strategic and enterprise accounts.
Craft and implement strategic account plans aimed at meeting sales targets and broadening our customer base.
Conduct thorough discovery sessions to grasp client requirements and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing how Notion can enhance their team’s collaboration, transparency, and productivity.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to secure lucrative deals.
Foster and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver unparalleled value to our clients.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities and manage the pipeline using CRM tools to ensure precise forecasting and reporting.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including full-cycle sales at a rapidly growing IT company.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise sales processes and methodologies.
