We are a premier commercial equipment financing firm looking for a driven and skilled Account Executive to enhance our sales team. This position is dedicated to direct sales initiatives within a specific regional territory, catering to small to mid-sized businesses with financing transactions ranging from $20,000 to $1,000,000. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and excels at establishing and cultivating customer relationships while providing innovative financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct sales to major accounts within your assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all assigned accounts.
- Identify and cultivate new relationships within targeted vertical markets, including construction, material handling, light industrial, oil & gas, supply chain sourcing, hospitality, automotive, scientific testing, agriculture, and health sciences.
- Customize sales strategies to address the unique demands of various industries.
Essential Duties:
- Build a robust book of business by identifying financing needs of vendors and end-users.
- Strengthen relationships with vendors, end-users, and manufacturers to promote repeat business.
- Identify new prospects to offer financing solutions.
- Structure financing opportunities for potential large clients.
- Promote our company's financing services.
- Provide support and training to existing channel accounts within your region.
- Demonstrate excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Be prepared to travel 20% to 30% as necessary.
