Responsibilities:Manage the Base merchant portfolio with a strategic consulting approach for key accounts, from acquiring new customers to ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding existing relationships.Possess a deep understanding of our key clients' needs and our products.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with your clients, guiding them throughout their entire customer lifecycle with Base.Establish a sustainable network at the C-level to achieve mid- to long-term goals grounded in market insights.Prioritize customer focus to ensure that no client is overlooked or inadequately supported, ensuring equal treatment for all.Utilize data effectively to drive successful customer engagement and retention.Identify upselling opportunities and develop actionable expansion plans through close cross-functional collaboration.Act as the voice of the customer, translating their needs into product requirements.Challenge the status quo and actively seek innovation opportunities within customer success processes and structures.Monitor market trends to identify potential new customers.Requirements:Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).Experience in B2B software sales.Proven ability to build strong relationships in a dynamic environment.Exceptional communication skills.Experience with HubSpot is a plus.High motivation and goal orientation with a track record of sales success.Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.Excellent relationship management abilities.
