As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary liaison for small and medium-sized businesses eager to enhance their growth through our innovative advertising platform. Your role involves actively seeking out and engaging new business prospects through independent outreach efforts, as well as converting qualified leads generated by our Business Development Representative (BDR) team. Your objective is to comprehend the unique business goals of each client, deliver customized advertising solutions, and foster revenue growth by establishing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-potential SMB accounts through proactive outbound efforts, including cold calls and emails, in addition to following up on leads from the BDR team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to successful deal closure.
- Present tailored advertising strategies that align with SMB clients' marketing objectives, utilizing solutions such as Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads.
- Develop, nurture, and expand a portfolio of SMB advertising clients, ensuring sustainable relationships and consistent revenue increase.
- Analyze clients' business goals, media objectives, and challenges, transforming data-driven insights into persuasive narratives that highlight our client’s value proposition.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate campaign performance, uncover upsell and cross-sell prospects, and mitigate any barriers to investment.
- Keep precise and updated client records in Salesforce, including opportunities, activities, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with the BDR team, providing insights to enhance lead quality and ensure alignment on target accounts.
