What We’re Looking For
Breezeway is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our Sales team, playing a crucial role in our rapid expansion into the German market. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, intelligent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will prospect, establish relationships, and aid hospitality providers in overcoming operational challenges. If you possess a strong work ethic, ambition, and seek to elevate your previous sales achievements, we would love to connect with you. Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role. Please note that while this position is fully remote, candidates must be based in Spain.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and expand the German market from the ground up.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
- Create and implement a market entry strategy specifically for Germany.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound outreach.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Act as the representative voice of the German market internally, sharing insights on customer needs, competitors, and positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
- Consistently achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars.
- Partner with various teams across the organization to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are fulfilled in delivery.
- Utilize HubSpot (our CRM) to manage all sales-related activities.
- Understand the competitive landscape and identify optimal positioning strategies for Breezeway in the marketplace.
