Role Overview
Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Executive for Entertainment and Influencer Marketing to join our expanding team! This role will be part of the consumer and wellness team, focusing on our pharmaceutical client accounts and engaging with HCP and Patient influencers.
This position offers a hybrid work model, based in various locations including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco, or can be performed remotely across the United States depending on team and business requirements.
What you’ll do:
Influencer and Celebrity Talent Procurement (Talent Casting & Negotiation)
- Engage in the Talent Procurement process for public relations, advertising, digital, and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Participate in internal casting and brainstorming sessions (including digital influencers, Health Care Providers, Patients, Celebrities, etc.).
- Conduct outreach to Influencers and their representatives (agents, managers, publicists, etc.).
- Oversee the talent vetting process and facilitate background checks (through third-party service providers).
- Create client-facing materials, such as casting sheets, scopes of work, budget trackers, formal offers, and long-form agreements.
