As an Account Executive at Klaviyo, you will have a significant impact on our company's success and your own career development. Our AEs are product experts who know how to close deals with the right clients, helping them achieve success. As we expand into Germany, you will be part of a new founding team in München driving our international growth.
In your role as a Mid-Market+ AE, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients as well as expanding existing customer relationships. You will navigate the entire sales cycle independently—from lead qualification and demos to closing deals—while managing numerous prospects and active accounts. The top-performing AEs boast a closing rate of 70%, accurate business forecasts, and proactively grow existing accounts while nurturing customer relationships to maximize the long-term value of your territory.
Your Impact:
- Build and grow Klaviyo's customer base in the Mid-Market+ segment in Germany.
- Act as a key player in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Utilize your expertise to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Continuously analyze market trends to inform your sales strategy.
