About The Role:
We are in search of a dynamic Account Executive who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and is eager to contribute to our GTM Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will help cultivate a robust pipeline, drive revenue growth, and deepen relationships with our most valued clients. As an Account Executive, you will be crucial in shaping our sales strategies and relaying customer insights to influence our future direction.
What You'll Achieve:
Identify and develop new accounts by demonstrating how Notion can enhance collaboration, transparency, and productivity.
Nurture and grow relationships with our existing customers, uncovering opportunities for expanded usage.
Innovate and refine the contract renewal process to retain and expand our customer base while minimizing churn.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand their challenges and objectives.
Cultivate relationships at the executive level.
Lead product demonstrations to achieve or surpass sales quotas.
Assist in creating playbooks and refining our sales approach.
Collaborate with our exceptional user community to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Work cross-functionally with various internal teams (sales, inside sales, customer success, solution engineering, deal desk, operations, legal).
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle sales experience within a rapidly growing software company.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach to addressing client needs and driving results.
