The Account Executive position is a dynamic, quota-driven role dedicated to selling and expanding OEM agreements for Strategy’s Mosaic platform. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the broader sales organization by focusing on OEM commercial execution—collaborating closely with field Account Executives to structure, negotiate, and finalize OEM agreements, while also cultivating a robust pipeline of OEM-led opportunities.
Your success will be evaluated based on OEM revenue, deal quality, and the effectiveness in executing repeatable OEM commercial models, along with a dedicated OEM quota.
Key Responsibilities
OEM Deal Execution
Identify, qualify, and successfully close OEM opportunities.
Provide expert support to field Account Executives as the OEM commercial specialist in intricate deals.
Structure and negotiate OEM agreements, encompassing licensing, pricing, and usage models.
Pipeline & Revenue Management
Oversee and manage an OEM-specific pipeline, from initial qualification to closure.
Maintain precise forecasting and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
Consistently achieve or surpass assigned OEM revenue targets.
Commercial Excellence
Collaborate with Sales Engineering to align OEM technical requirements with commercial agreements.
Ensure OEM deals are repeatable, scalable, and conform to Strategy’s pricing and margin objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work intimately with Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations to execute OEM deals effectively.
Gather and provide feedback from OEM customers to refine pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Adhere to defined approval processes while enhancing OEM sales velocity.
