Job Title: Account Executive, Western Canada
Reporting to: Director of Sales, Canada
Direct Reports: None
Location: Remote across Canada (preferably in Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton)
Travel Requirements: Approximately 50%
Your Impact
In the role of Account Executive at Axon, you will be instrumental in assisting small to mid-sized public safety agencies in Western Canada to integrate life-saving technology, mitigate public safety risks, and enhance transparency. You will advocate for the adoption of Axon’s suite of products, including body-worn cameras, in-car cameras, TASER devices, and our cloud-based digital evidence management system. Your success will hinge on your ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with senior-level stakeholders, navigate complex sales opportunities, and align Axon’s solutions with the critical needs of our clients. This is a quota-carrying, external field position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and Implement Account Plans: Develop comprehensive strategies that align Axon’s solutions with the essential needs of small and mid-sized public safety agencies, emphasizing officer safety, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. This will involve close collaboration with other members of the account team.
- Manage Complex Sales Processes: Lead and facilitate intricate sales engagements with public sector clients, navigating the complexities of the procurement process to deliver tailored solutions.
