About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset and a builder's spirit to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This is an exciting opportunity to accelerate your career early on as you will play a crucial role in shaping our commercial strategy, closing new business, and making a direct impact on our growth in North America. This is not a structured role; you will take on real responsibility from day one.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the complete sales cycle for small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) accounts, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Create a sales pipeline from target accounts through value-added outbound campaigns: calls, emails, and social media.
- Play a key role in defining our commercial approach and influence how we engage and close our accounts.
- Share customer feedback to contribute to the evolution of our product and positioning.
- Leverage the founding team to accelerate sales cycles and gain buy-in from business owners.
You might be the right fit if you:
- Have 4+ years of experience in a closing role with responsibilities across the entire sales cycle, including cold prospecting.
- Are curious about understanding your clients' business challenges.
- Are diligent in tracking and improving your performance daily.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit: self-reliant, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work without established processes.
- Are motivated by success and naturally skilled in building relationships.
- Are proficient in both French and English, written and spoken.
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience in healthcare, dental sales, or health technology.
- Previously worked as a field sales hire in a startup.
- A keen interest in AI and enthusiasm for bringing modern tools to traditional industries.
