The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive for Small Business (Growth Specialist) in India to join our accomplished Sales Team. In this role, you will employ proactive and inbound selling tactics to identify and secure new business opportunities, while also enhancing customer engagement with the HubSpot platform over time. Leverage your expertise in digital transformation and change management to serve as a trusted advisor and business consultant, guiding customers through the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle, closing new business and retaining existing accounts at or above quota on a monthly basis.
- Identify new prospects through both inbound inquiries and self-sourced leads.
- Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and departmental leaders.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations online and, on occasion, in person.
- Sell through internal advocates to various stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level executives.
- Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to refine our sales strategy in line with new product launches.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience within India's small business sector, specifically in the SaaS technology domain.
- Proven experience in a complex sales environment.
- Strong familiarity with the Indian market.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to C-level executives on business transformation initiatives.
- Proficient in managing monthly and annual sales pipelines with a strong track record in forecasting accuracy.
- Results-driven with a consistent history of exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Trained and/or certified in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., Sandler).
- You possess a resilient approach to overcoming challenges, a customer-centric mindset, and a robust growth orientation.
