To further accelerate our growth, we are expanding our Startups Sales team and seeking dynamic, customer-centric Account Executives who excel in fast-paced, high-volume environments. In this pivotal role, you will take complete ownership of the sales cycle—from the initial outreach to closing deals—positioning Vanta as the premier solution for early-stage companies tackling security and compliance for the first time.
This position is highly transactional, requiring a strong focus on maintaining a streamlined process and achieving high daily output. This role is based in our London office with a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Your Responsibilities as an Account Executive - Startups (EMEA) at Vanta:
Identify high-potential business verticals and develop outbound strategies to engage them with Vanta.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, focusing on efficiency and aiming to close deals within a 30-day period.
Convert inbound demand into closed-won business swiftly and consistently, handling a large volume of prospects.
Thrive in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment, conducting numerous discovery calls while managing a diverse pipeline of opportunities.
Engage and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
