Key Responsibilities
As an Account Expansion Executive at BambooHR, you will collaborate with current customers to maximize their investment in BambooHR. Your role involves identifying growth opportunities, engaging in consultative sales discussions, and directing customers towards tailored solutions that align with their evolving business requirements.
In this position, you will closely cooperate with Account Executives, Customer Success teams, and other cross-functional partners to drive expansion, enhance customer retention, and ensure long-term satisfaction. You will manage moderately complex deal cycles, develop value-driven proposals, and cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders. You will:
- Drive Expansion Revenue: Own expansion opportunities within a portfolio of customers, identifying areas where BambooHR can assist in their growth journey. Through strategic, value-driven selling, recommend solutions that empower customers to derive more from their investment while achieving substantial revenue growth.
- Conduct Consultative Sales Conversations: Lead discussions that extend beyond mere product features to uncover what truly matters to customers. By diagnosing challenges and linking solutions to tangible business outcomes, you will create and present compelling recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Forge relationships with decision-makers, from daily managers to senior executives. You will learn to navigate diverse perspectives, maintain momentum in discussions, and build trust throughout the sales process.
- Guide the Buying Process: Instill confidence in customers as they assess options and make choices. By anticipating inquiries, thoughtfully addressing objections, and clearly outlining subsequent steps, you will collaboratively steer opportunities toward closure.
- Account Ownership & Collaboration: Take charge of your expansion opportunities from initial conversation through to close, while collaborating with your team to ensure a seamless process.
