Position Summary
The Account Management Manager plays a vital role in shaping the influencer strategy and client relationships within Omnicom's flagship managed service offering, Omnicom Influencer. This position is responsible for spearheading communications between clients and agencies, presenting campaign strategies, and delivering comprehensive reporting on campaign performance. As a key liaison, you will coordinate efforts between creator activation teams and creator management, ensuring seamless execution of influencer campaigns across all OM agencies.
Reports to: Director, Account Management
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Drive influencer communications for Omnicom Influencer clients, overseeing proposal development, commercial agreements, and client interactions from initial briefings through to project completion.
- Articulate influencer marketing's role within the digital and paid media landscape, facilitating the operationalization of service offerings and enhancing the value proposition tied to media strategies.
- Lead client communications throughout the influencer campaign lifecycle, ensuring clear and effective messaging at each stage from identification to reporting.
- Utilize the OM Influencer tech platform for influencer discovery and client content reviews in collaboration with creator activation teams.
Excellence in Practice:
- Stay informed on the evolving influencer landscape through ongoing education and thought leadership, and effectively communicate insights and trends that impact client businesses.
- Collaborate with OM Center of Excellence (COE) platform teams and channel stakeholders to implement best practices across various functions, including asset development, media amplification, commerce, and measurement.
