Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in account planning and strategy for your assigned agency patches and advertisers. Your primary goal will be to ensure the retention and growth of strategic accounts. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling briefs, engagement, onboarding, upselling, and all account-related inquiries. Collaborating cross-functionally will be essential to deliver outstanding client services and drive client satisfaction and business success. You will also be responsible for expanding the advertising customer base and facilitating the adoption of Nexxen products within your designated accounts.
Develop and execute account strategies to grow, defend, and maintain the existing portfolio.
Oversee the onboarding and engagement processes for new clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and additional products.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance client satisfaction.
Monitor account performance and implement strategies for improvement.
