YOUR MISSION
As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in nurturing relationships with our leading chain partners. Your role encompasses driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and shaping marketing strategies. You will collaborate with some of the most esteemed brands, retail outlets, and restaurants in Morocco.
THE JOURNEY
- Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with Glovo’s top partners through proactive communication, identifying their needs, and fostering engagement via partner meetings and business reviews;
- Lead negotiations for strategic Joint Business Plans with key partners;
- Regularly evaluate, monitor, and report on your portfolio performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize a proactive, data-driven approach to enhance operational KPIs in collaboration with partners;
- Conduct in-depth analyses of Glovo’s business initiatives and design actionable plans;
- Implement and execute strategies to facilitate partner growth through targeted promotions, marketing activations, and menu enhancements;
- Act decisively to meet your objectives and contribute to the company’s OKRs (Growth, Revenue, Operations);
- Drive revenue growth for Glovo through commission renegotiations and leveraging Glovo’s assets;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure optimal service delivery to partners.
