About You
As an Account Manager at GroundTruth, you will be a product expert collaborating closely with our Account Executives, ensuring our clients' success remains at the forefront of our efforts. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier strategic pre-sale planning (account/media planning) and exceptional post-sale customer support (insights), all while focusing on driving client KPIs. This role demands a high level of customer orientation, communication proficiency, numerical analysis skills, and project management capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee pre and post-sale operations support for the direct sales team.
- Utilize campaign data analytics and insights, including best practices, historical performance data, and case studies, to enhance account team and client knowledge, build strategic account plans, and drive effective sales strategies.
- Interpret data to craft compelling narratives for clients through reportable insights, wrap-up reports, and quarterly business reviews.
- Foster and maintain robust customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for existing clients and media agencies.
- Identify upsell opportunities and guide clients towards strategic investments as they arise.
- Support Account Executives throughout the sales process by actively participating in strategy discussions.
