Mission
The Livestorm Account Management team consists of entrepreneurial and driven sales professionals playing a vital role in our expansion as a market leader in the video communication sector. By leveraging existing customer references and marketing initiatives, we transform leads into enduring partnerships.
As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining and fostering growth within our existing business, partnering with key accounts to set a strong foundation for our sales organization. Our focus is primarily on expanding and renewing customer relationships, engaging proactively ahead of subscription renewals. Ensuring the health of our existing customer base is critical for retaining previously closed accounts. You will collaborate with the Customer Success Team to enhance adoption and user engagement, facilitating the overall growth of the account.
Your reporting line will be to our AM Team Lead and Head of Sales, while you will work closely with various teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Product, and Finance) to maximize value and success for our customers.
As a remote-first company, our team members are spread across France, the USA, Germany, and Portugal, allowing us to seek the best talent regardless of location.
In this role, you will:
Build strong relationships with Livestorm's customers, driving revenue growth and retention.
Collaborate closely with our Customer Success Management Team to manage your customer portfolio, understanding their KPIs and challenges.
Nurture and expand existing accounts effectively.
Develop strategic territory plans to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
