About the Role:
We are in search of a dynamic and client-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring the establishment of strong, enduring relationships and the successful delivery of our services. Additionally, you will identify new business prospects and upsell additional services to maximize client satisfaction and enhance company profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Grasp client needs and objectives to guarantee timely and effective delivery of personalized solutions.
- Promote relevant products and services to current clients to increase business value.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and recognize areas for enhancement.
- Forecast key account metrics and ensure accurate reporting on account status.
- Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and health.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to discover and pursue growth opportunities.
- Proactively address client requests, concerns, and escalations, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Implement client and staff retention strategies to encourage organic growth and long-lasting partnerships.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a comparable client-facing role.
- Strong project management background; experience in recruitment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data reporting platforms.
