YOUR MISSION
As an Account Manager for the Bologna region, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate, manage, and enhance relationships with our premier restaurant partners. Acting as a trusted consultant, you will leverage data-driven insights and industry expertise to ensure their success. This role requires collaboration with various teams to optimize partnerships and amplify business outcomes.
Please note that this position is based in our Bologna office.
YOUR ROLE IN THIS JOURNEY
- Develop and sustain robust, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive and consistent communication.
- Gain insights into partners' business objectives and challenges, providing strategic advice and support.
- Analyze and manipulate data to promote operational efficiency, growth, and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
- Drive significant revenue growth through strategic promotions, impactful marketing initiatives, and menu enhancements.
- Take charge of partner revenue performance, ensuring measurable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement tailored solutions that meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Oversee the partner onboarding process in the App, from initial setup to support during their early days with Glovo, focusing on operations, marketing, and sales.
