Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will spearhead the management and expansion of customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Collaborating with various teams, you will implement solutions that enhance freight execution and yield measurable results.
This position requires a daily on-site presence to maintain close ties with our customers and operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts focusing on retention, renewal, and growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and swift issue resolution.
- Monitor account performance metrics such as customer satisfaction (CSAT) and renewal rates.
