Your Challenge
As a Field Account Manager, you will hit the road daily with your own Veneta.com vehicle. You’ll navigate through diverse neighborhoods in the Drachten area, engaging with customers in their homes. Every day offers new experiences: from bustling communities to upscale neighborhoods. You will manage the sales conversation from start to finish, asking the right questions and persuading customers with your expert recommendations.
Our planning team ensures your schedule is full, but the results at the table are entirely in your hands. Not every conversation will lead to a sale, and that's what makes the challenge exciting for you. You view each meeting as an opportunity to maximize your potential. Your Talents
In addition to a positive attitude, we seek someone who truly understands how commercial sales work:
You have at least 1 year of experience in a commercial sales role, preferably in B2C sales or consultative selling.
You are comfortable conducting sales conversations independently and closing deals.
You thrive on working with targets, revenue goals, or bonuses.
You are entrepreneurial, persuasive, and resilient in the face of a ‘no’.
