About the Team:
The Customer Success team encompasses our Product Specialist group, comprising highly trained product experts alongside our Account Managers, who offer strategic direction to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from Fortune 1000 companies to some of the largest financial institutions globally.
The Customer Success team prides itself on being a value-driven partner for our clients. Our consultative approach ensures that we address client challenges effectively through our product offerings. We are dedicated to understanding our customers' needs, ensuring they have access to the right data for optimal decision-making. Our responsibilities include customer retention, maximizing product usage, and collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.
About the Role:
The Account Manager, Financial Services plays a crucial role in cultivating multi-dimensional relationships with customers and key stakeholders, focusing on both retention and growth of our clientele. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our financial clients, addressing inbound inquiries, conducting outbound engagement, providing relationship updates, and facilitating renewal discussions. This role requires adaptability as you will interact with a range of clients, including Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and Investment Banks.
