Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition: Take charge of actively establishing new business contacts, identifying potential, and transforming these leads into long-term partnerships.
Market Segmentation: Focus on sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology, technical components, FMCG, or packaging.
Project Management: Oversee technical projects from initial inquiry to series production, acting as the liaison between the client and production teams.
International Sales: Manage and develop customer relationships both domestically and internationally.
Transparent Communication: Report directly to management, ensuring a clear flow of information.
Profile
Sales Success: Proven track record in injection molding services with demonstrable achievements in new customer acquisition.
Technical Foundation: Solid knowledge of injection molding tools and an understanding of the technical requirements for complex components.
Personality: Dynamic, straightforward, and a natural networker. A hands-on mentality is essential.
Experience: Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical, packaging, or technical components sectors. International project experience and strong English skills are required.
Region: Reside in Sauerland or the surrounding area or be willing to relocate to our attractive region.
