YOUR MISSION
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic North East team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our premier restaurant partners, ensuring their success and fostering growth.
You will take ownership of various cities within the North East area, developing and implementing long-term strategies focused on growth, promotions, advertising, and operations.
Build strong relationships with top partners in your designated cities, guiding them through their growth journey with an active, results-driven approach.
YOUR JOURNEY WITH US
- Join the North East Region team in Spain.
- Forge exceptional relationships with Glovo’s partners through proactive communication, identifying their needs and enhancing engagement via regular meetings and business reviews.
- Regularly assess, track, and report on your portfolio and KPIs, taking decisive actions to meet your goals and contribute to company OKRs.
- Design and implement strategies to help your partners grow through promotional negotiations, marketing activities, and enhancing menu performance (including selling items, AOV, conversion rates, and upselling).
- Boost Glovo's visibility through marketing initiatives with partners (utilizing marketing kits, merchandising, etc.).
- Enhance Glovo’s revenue through commission negotiations and asset sales.
- Develop action plans for churned and inactive partners and follow up accordingly.
- Drive operational efficiency for our partners, ensuring top-notch service delivery to our customers.
