Your Role
We are seeking an ambitious and customer-oriented Account Manager for Small and Medium Businesses to fuel the growth and expansion of our existing customer portfolio! In this pivotal role, you will contribute to revenue generation by identifying opportunities for customers to maximize the value of their CompanyCam subscriptions—whether by adding more users or upgrading to a higher plan. Collaborating closely with our Customer Success Managers, you will pinpoint accounts with potential for growth and engage in discussions to convert those prospects into revenue. As a trusted advisor, you will work directly with customers to comprehend their business objectives, offer customized solutions, and ensure they are fully leveraging our platform. We cherish a vibrant, fast-paced work environment and are looking for individuals who thrive on relationship-building and contributing to our ongoing success.
Location: This position offers the flexibility of remote work; there is no need to relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska. Employees are encouraged to visit our headquarters for up to 10 days per year at CompanyCam’s expense.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of our current customer base by identifying and securing upsell opportunities.
- Educate customers on the advantages of upgrading their subscriptions or adding more users to enhance their experience with CompanyCam.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their existing processes and identify business challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and solutions to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities and maintain accurate forecasts to ensure consistent growth.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements.
