Responsibilities
Sales of technical plastics in the sales area of Upper Bavaria, including Munich, extending into Austria (ZIP codes in Germany 83, 84, 85, 93, 94 and in Austria 40, 50, 60)
Accountability for leads throughout the entire sales cycle: systematic management and execution of all sales-related process steps from identification to closure
Pipeline Management: building and developing a balanced sales pipeline of short-term opportunities and strategic business potentials
Market observation and analysis: conducting research and evaluating relevant market information to identify short- and long-term developments
Deriving sales and marketing measures based on well-founded market and trend analyses
Analyzing product life cycles and market trends to sustainably secure and expand the competitiveness of the product portfolio
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and developing a robust network in the respective sales area
Monitoring relevant industry and technology trends in the plastics industry for proactive market engagement and early recognition of changes
