Job Summary
Your role as an Account Manager involves managing and expanding your own client portfolio, developing sales strategies, and achieving growth with both existing and new clients. You will blend insight with excellent communication skills to build lasting customer relationships and contribute to our business results.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and account plans to increase revenue.
Maintain customer relationships in the West and East Flanders regions and translate their needs into suitable solutions.
Manage and analyze customer and sales data in the CRM system.
Acquire new customers and create growth opportunities.
Share customer insights and strategies in team meetings.
Deliver product presentations to maximize partner performance.
Requirements
You hold at least an MBO diploma.
You have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role as an Account Manager.
You are experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Teamleader or similar).
You are results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
You are comfortable making phone calls and think in terms of solutions.
