Your Responsibilities
Guide our customers from contract signing through to the successful commissioning of their heat pumps. You will actively schedule appointments, maintain contact, manage expectations, and ensure our customers feel exceptionally supported at all times, both over the phone and in writing.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire installation process, keeping track of timelines, dependencies, and tasks to ensure each project site is completed cleanly, efficiently, and successfully.
Act as the central point of contact between customers, internal Enpal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication, prompt solutions, and a seamless process, even with multiple parties involved.
