Role Overview:
As an Account Manager I at First Connect, you will be instrumental in propelling agency growth by converting prospective leads into active users of our innovative insurance platform. Your primary focus will be onboarding independent insurance agencies, acting as the initial point of contact for interested agents, and guiding them through our sign-up process. This role is tailored for an insurance professional who excels in a dynamic, tech-driven environment, driven by both individual achievement and collective team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads attracted through our marketing initiatives and other lead generation channels.
- Conduct extensive outreach and follow-up (including calls, emails, and SMS) with potential agencies to communicate the platform's advantages and services.
- Assess agency compatibility for platform participation by validating their licensing, errors and omissions insurance, and lead sources.
- Facilitate the sign-up and contract process between the agency and First Connect.
- Provide comprehensive support during the onboarding and integration phases.
