We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Paris team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a strategic portfolio of vital restaurant partners in the East Paris region, equipping them with the essential tools to thrive on our platform.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the Restaurant Account Management team, your focus will be on cultivating deep, data-driven relationships with premium restaurants in established markets to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Your daily tasks may include:
Portfolio Growth: Manage a key portfolio of restaurant partners in East Paris, acting as a Food Tech expert to enhance their profitability and operational performance.
Strategic Guidance: Utilize data insights to deliver personalized recommendations to partners and internal Regional Managers while adapting swiftly to market changes.
Commercial Negotiation: Conduct high-level discussions concerning contracts and commercial tools to ensure portfolio quality and meet key performance objectives (KPIs).
Marketing Implementation: Propose and execute tailored marketing and promotional campaigns that cater to the unique needs of your restaurant partners.
Operational Excellence: Closely monitor live operations to elevate the experience for both restaurant partners and customers, guaranteeing that Deliveroo remains the benchmark for food delivery services.
What You Need to Succeed
