We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in France. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a strategic portfolio of key accounts, assisting us in deploying the most impactful tools for our partners and users.

Your Responsibilities
You will be part of the Restaurant Account Management team, focusing on managing key partners in established sectors and offering high-level expertise and customized support to foster mutual growth on our platform.
Here’s a glimpse into your daily activities:
Portfolio Strategy: Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in established sectors, serving as a Food Tech expert and a reliable partner for your designated area.
Profitability & Data: Enhance the profitability of your portfolio through personalized, long-term support grounded in thorough data analysis.
Commercial Performance: Assess performance metrics and make decisive recommendations to the Regional Manager to drive success.
Campaign Management: Propose and execute tailored marketing and promotional campaigns to meet the needs of your restaurant partners.
Operational Excellence: Monitor field operations closely to enhance the overall experience for both our partners and customers.
Qualifications for Success
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in several of the following areas and a desire to grow in others:
Commercial Expertise: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar account management or commercial role, demonstrating a proven record of achieving OKRs.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights that enhance performance.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
