Your Responsibilities:
Initiating and managing corrective and preventive actions for service deficiencies
Proactively managing and strategically developing existing client relationships
Advising clients on our security services
Preparing and drafting proposals in accordance with the pricing sheet
Assisting with contract conclusions within the framework of authorization
Coordinating actions with operational and branch management
Providing professional support and motivation to employees in the Emergency and Service Control Center
Conducting the annual alarm plan review (actual vs. planned analysis)
Coordinating individual customer requirements
Conducting personal client meetings as needed
