OD Solutions GmbH is one of the fastest-growing digital agencies focused on personnel marketing, located in the heart of Hamburg. As a modern and innovative HR agency, our mission is to transform the outdated image of law firms and present them as attractive employers on social media.
As an Account Manager, you will take on the central responsibility for your assigned clients, managing everything from operational support to strategic development of the collaboration.
Your Mission
You will be the face of OD Solutions for a dedicated group of law firms. Your goal is to create an exceptional client experience, coordinate internal services, and continuously advance the partnership. You think proactively, act methodically, and always keep the big picture in mind.
Your Responsibilities at a Glance
Client Responsibility with Impact
- You are the primary contact for 50-75 law firms, following the principle: “My Client – My Responsibility.”
- You professionally plan, conduct, and prepare monthly meetings.
- You proactively identify needs and develop strategic recommendations for upselling and service package changes.
Interface Management & Coordination
- You brief internal teams on client requests and ensure smooth processes.
- You structure customer inquiries and forward them to the fulfillment team via Asana.
- You collaborate closely with sales on proposal development and discussions.
Quality & Transparency
- You diligently maintain all client data in Asana, HubSpot, and on Miro boards.
- You handle escalation management for delays or conflicts.
- You ensure that all services for top clients are executed weekly (early warning system).
Strategic Development
- You bring the client perspective into the development of new service offerings.
