The Account Manager – Mid Market position presents an exciting opportunity to join our growing Account Management team. Your primary focus will be managing and retaining customer relationships within a well-established segment of our business.
This role is office-based in Belfast, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment. Success in this position requires a strong customer-centric mindset, paired with a drive for customer retention and upselling. You will report directly to our Mid Market Sales Manager.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and cultivating personal relationships, identifying expansion opportunities within your accounts, and ensuring relationship strength.
- Maintaining a churn rate of less than 5% within your customer base.
- Enhancing cross-selling and product penetration across your accounts.
- Providing exceptional customer experiences by surpassing client expectations.
- Ensuring profitability aligns with our commercial guidelines.
- Collaborating with internal teams and key stakeholders to guarantee an outstanding customer journey.
- Staying informed about industry trends and completing necessary training.
