We seek a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who has hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various social platforms and emerging channels. This position is ideal for an individual who excels in a client-facing role while also enjoying the technical aspects of media optimization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage daily client interactions, ensuring strategic alignment and fostering proactive communication with both internal and external teams.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of core platform capabilities, targeting options, and creative best practices while maintaining the ability to build, analyze, and optimize campaigns directly within the platforms.
- Convert client objectives into actionable media strategies across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, and others.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Creative, Strategy, Measurement, and Analytics to produce high-quality, cohesive media plans.
- Promote key measurement solutions and methodologies (e.g., brand lift, conversion lift, platform attribution) to external stakeholders, and translate results into impactful recommendations for clients.
- Evaluate campaign performance using platform and third-party analytics tools, providing insights and actionable recommendations for optimization and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver insightful client reports, presentations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Stay informed about platform updates, industry trends, and developments within client categories while proactively proposing innovative ideas.
