About the Role
In the role of Account Manager, Partnerships at fal, you will engage directly with our partner companies, particularly Model Labs, to facilitate successful model launches, infrastructure development, and program management. As the primary liaison for our partners, you will navigate the complexities of integrating AI infrastructure while ensuring the smooth launch and scaling of AI models. Your responsibilities will encompass marketing initiatives, co-selling opportunities, technical support, and program management, directly influencing revenue growth and profitability.
As the main point of contact, you will collaborate closely with our partner companies to help them achieve their objectives, ensure satisfaction with fal's platform, and keep them updated on the latest industry developments. Success in this role will require a blend of strong business acumen, technical expertise, and the capability to lead intricate, cross-functional projects.
What You’ll Do
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage robust relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring alignment on business objectives and promoting long-term success.
- Drive Model Launches: Oversee the effective deployment and scaling of generative AI models with partners, coordinating with technical teams for seamless execution.
- Infrastructure Development: Collaborate with partners to design and implement infrastructure solutions that underpin their AI model deployments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Co-Selling and Marketing: Partner with stakeholders on joint marketing initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and product integrations to drive revenue growth.
- Program Management: Lead the execution of the Model Launch Program, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success.
