Real Chemistry is actively seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our dynamic team!
The Account Manager (AM) serves as a crucial link between our clients and their project needs. This role ensures that each client's strategic objectives are fulfilled, acting as a trusted advisor while possessing a thorough understanding of the account's strategic direction and the clients' products. As a leader within the organization, the AM collaborates with the Project Management Team to oversee large project teams and manage multiple projects for an account. The success of this role is intertwined with the performance of the team, meeting client expectations, partnering with Real Chemistry colleagues, and individual contributions.
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and can be based in any of our U.S. offices, including Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or remotely within the U.S., depending on business needs.
