Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will act as both a relationship steward and business development ally for your designated clients. You will manage client accounts comprehensively, ensuring operational excellence while identifying growth avenues that boost revenue and fortify partnerships. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments and are adept at managing multi-million-dollar accounts while driving growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of client accounts generating up to $6 million in annual revenue, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing onboarding, continuous communication, and deliverable execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, marketing, investments) to provide solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, providing strategic advice as necessary.
- Partner with leadership on business development initiatives — identifying new opportunities, pitching services, and expanding existing accounts.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare account performance reports, and present insights to clients and leadership.
- Work in an agile manner, balancing strategic vision with execution.
