Your Role:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will identify and implement strategies to expand our customer base and boost revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling. You will operate independently while collaborating closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Customer Success Managers (CSM) to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling strategies with our existing clientele.
- Manage the complete sales cycle as a quota-carrying Account Manager, overseeing your own account pipeline while contributing to the overall team pipeline.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products.
- Analyze customer data to uncover new expansion opportunities.
- Serve as the primary representative of the company, known for our exceptional customer service and approach.
- Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a streamlined customer experience.
- Provide feedback on product development based on customer needs and expectations.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate initiative, independence, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in a SaaS environment is essential.
- Energetic, positive, and self-motivated attitude is required.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong self-learning abilities and high independence.
- A collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills.
- The ability to excel in a high-pressure and busy work setting.
- Remote working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
