About the Role
We are on the lookout for a commercially savvy Account Manager to join our Mid-Market Account Management Team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in expanding our existing customer base as part of the Customer Growth & Expansion team. If you are passionate about strategic account management, dedicated to customer success, skilled at identifying growth opportunities within complex organizations, and enthusiastic about nurturing relationships and demonstrating ROI, this role is perfect for you!
Who You’ll Collaborate With
You will report to our Senior Sales Manager of Account Management and work closely with teams in Customer Success, Deal Desk, Pricing, and Enablement. Our collaborative team of 16 is committed to delivering value and enhancing our existing customer base. You will also have opportunities to partner with teams across Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to drive success.
Your Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities within your portfolio to enhance accounts through upselling, onboarding new teams, and aligning product capabilities with evolving customer needs.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to grasp their strategic goals and uncover additional opportunities for growth.
- Utilize methods like MEDDICC to accurately assess upsell and cross-sell prospects.
