DSI Systems, a leader in sales enablement, is seeking a passionate and driven Account Sales Manager (ASM) to join our dynamic Exclusive Distribution Model (EDM) team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in boosting sales performance for our clients' products within your designated territory.
As an ASM, you will bridge the gap between sales and training, collaborating closely with both our partners and management to deliver impactful training sessions. This role encompasses formal classroom training, hands-on selling alongside team members, group training sessions, and fostering enthusiasm for sales initiatives and opportunities. You will assess both opportunities and challenges, proposing innovative solutions to drive success. Your performance will be evaluated based on sales growth, relationship management, timely reporting, and overall contribution to our sales programs.

This position requires 50-75% travel.
