DSI Systems is a leading sales enablement firm currently seeking a dynamic Account Sales Manager (ASM) to join our expanding Exclusive Distribution Model (EDM) team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving sales performance for our client's products within the designated territory.
As the ASM, you will act as a vital bridge between training and sales, collaborating closely with our partners and management on behalf of our client. Your responsibilities will include conducting formal classroom training, engaging in side-by-side selling, facilitating informal group training sessions, and fostering enthusiasm for sales and the overall opportunity. Moreover, you will analyze opportunities and obstacles, providing innovative solutions to enhance sales. Your success will be evaluated based on positive sales outcomes, relationship development, timely reporting, and overall contributions to the program.
