POSITION SUMMARY
Join our dynamic Accounts Receivable team within the Parts Organization to tackle challenges and meet departmental objectives. In this role, you will ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient administration of invoicing, cash posting, and collections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily invoicing processes, including system settings for auto invoicing reports, printing daily invoices, and reconciling invoices against the Shipped-Not-Invoiced report (SNI), while maintaining freight information on spreadsheets.
- Utilize SharePoint to access banking information and create receipt transfers as needed.
- Post daily bank deposits for CAD and USD (ACH/EFT and Lockbox).
- Handle CyberSource daily batches and create transactions within CyberSource when necessary.
- Administer manual invoices, credit memos, and debit memos as required.
- Maintain the customer database by adding new customers in Oracle, updating ship-to and bill-to addresses, contact names, tax profiles, discounts, webstore information, and primary warehouse details.
- Oversee collections and account reconciliations.
- Ensure assigned accounts are managed to meet DSO targets.
- Adhere to current AR processes and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, particularly in collections.
- Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
