We are in search of a dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to enhance our accounts receivable processes by managing payment follow-ups, client communications, and account tracking. This role is perfect for individuals who possess a blend of persistence, exceptional communication skills, and analytical prowess to help minimize outstanding balances while nurturing professional relationships with clients and ensuring precise internal documentation.

Role Overview
The AR Caller will be responsible for managing outbound payment follow-ups, engaging in client communication, analyzing denial reasons, and maintaining CRM documentation to ensure timely collections and effective accounts receivable management. This role demands an individual who is detail-oriented, tenacious, and comfortable managing payment discussions while keeping comprehensive records and efficiently addressing account issues.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Client Communication
Conduct outgoing calls to clients for follow-ups on outstanding invoices, aiding in prompt payment collection.
Send email reminders concerning open invoices and necessary steps.
Clearly communicate with clients regarding denial reasons, outstanding balances, and payment arrangements.
Analytical Review & Negotiation
Evaluate denial reasons given by clients and identify appropriate actions to resolve payment issues.
Employ negotiation skills to promote timely payments or establish payment plans as necessary.
Maintain meticulous records of all client communications and account updates within the CRM system.
CRM Management
Utilize Salesforce or a comparable CRM to monitor receivable status, payment follow-ups, and account communications.
Ensure accurate updates of payment records, disputes, and resolved cases.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management
Consistently follow up to guarantee clients fulfill their payment obligations.
Adopt a problem-solving approach to mitigate outstanding accounts and address payment challenges effectively.
