We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to become an Activity Leader with Fit For Sport at our extended school provision in Pinner. At Fit For Sport, we are dedicated to providing schools with comprehensive services that inspire children to engage in physical activities while having a blast!
Your Role as an Activity Leader:
• Efficiently plan and deliver engaging programmes, activities, and initiatives using Fit For Sport systems and resources.
• Inspire and motivate children aged 4 to 12 years through dynamic activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and teachers about the progress and experiences of their children, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Prioritize the health and safety of children, clients, and team members at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures for yourself, the site, and the team.
What We Are Looking For:
• Proven experience working with children in educational or recreational settings.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with effective leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Level 1/2 qualification in Sports Coaching, Activity Leadership, or Child Care (relevant qualifications accepted).
• A valid DBS check is necessary (this can be obtained upon successful appointment).
